This tour takes you through the Nissan Heritage Collection. We invite you to explore our collection, which tells the history of Nissan.

Instructions

  • Be sure to arrive at the reception area at the Main Gate of District 2 at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the tour.
  • A minibus will transport you from the Main Gate of District 2 to the Nissan Heritage Collection Guest Hall.
  • Please be sure to notify us if you anticipate arriving late.
  • Should you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask you inform us in advance, in order to allow other guests the opportunity to visit.
  • Photography is permitted only inside the Guest Hall and the vehicle display area. Please refrain from taking photos in other areas.
    Please refrain from posting photos and video clips of the staff on social media.
  • Please note that there is no smoking area in the Zama Site, so the smoking of cigarettes, including heated and electronic types, is prohibited.
  • Pets cannot be brought along on the tour.
  • People who have consumed alcohol will be barred from entering the site.
  • English audio explanation is available by scanning a code on a smartphone. We ask you use earphones when you listen the audio guide so as not to disturb others.
  • To ensure your safety, we recommend that you wear shoes that are comfortable for walking.

Reservation

Guidelines for those wishing to reserve

  • Reservations are processed in the order that they are received and there is no waiting list.
  • The Reservation calendar for tours each month opens up at noon on the 5th day of the previous month. Please note that this schedule may vary during the year-end and new year holidays as well as during other holiday periods such as the Golden Week holidays from late April through early May.
  • We do not accept reservations made through tourist agencies. We ask that individuals make their own reservations for our tours.
  • Children aged 15 and below must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Guardians accompanying children must also be counted when calculating the number of people for whom reservations are to be made.

After completing your reservation:

  1. Upon completion of the reservation process, an email confirming your reservation will automatically be sent to you.
  2. The reservation system allows each individual to make only one reservation, with a maximum of five participants per reservation. Groups of six people or more should be divided into groups of five or fewer, with a different person making the reservation for each of these groups. Please note that individuals are not allowed to have multiple reservations active at one time. However, after you have finished a reserved tour or cancelled one, you can make a new reservation.

※Please be aware that we may need to change tour dates and times even after a reservation has been accepted.

(Enter through the District 2 Main Gate)

  • Access by Train:
    From Minami Rinkan Station on the Odakyu Railway Enoshima Line, take a Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu bus bound for the Aeon Mall Zama, Sobu-Dai Mae Station, or Odakyu Sagamihara Station. Get off at Hibarigaoka 1-chome. The Nissan Zama site is a 7-minute walk from there.
    Or: Take the Sotetsu Honsen railway line to Sagamino Station and from there, take a Sotetsu bus bound for Minami Rinkan Station and get off at Hibarigaoka 1-chome or Koki Iriguchi. The site is a 7-minute walk from there.
  • Access by Car:
    Exit the Tomei Highway at the Yokohama Machida Interchange and take National Route (Kokudo) 16 heading toward Central Machida/Atsugi/Shibuya. Turn left at the intersection with National Route (Kokudo) 246 (Tomei Iriguchi). Turn right at the Higashihara 4-chome intersection, then turn left at the second traffic light, followed by a right turn at the first traffic light to arrive at the District 2 Main Gate of the Zama Nissan Site.
