Test drives now available for NISSAN ARIYA
The Nissan Global Headquarters Gallery is now offering test drives for the “ARIYA”, NISSAN’S first crossover electric vehicle (EV).
The ARIYA combines powerful acceleration and a smooth ride with the characteristic quietness of an EV. The interior is designed with a comfortable and opulent lounge-like feel, providing a warm welcome to driver and passengers alike.
Seamless connected technologies underpin the drive, including driver assistance features to reduce stress and concierge-like driving support to enhance confidence behind the wheel.
Please come to the Gallery and drive the car.
Also available is the all-new premium compact, “AURA”.
Based on the “AURA”, the AURA NISMO is a 'swift-footed electric city racer' concept inspired by Formula E and infused with NISMO's soul and uncompromising nature.
You can also test drive the NISSAN GT-R, which is constantly evolving in pursuit of the ultimate driving pleasure, the Skyline 400R packing 400 hp, the Nissan LEAF e+, the "NOTE" and "KICKS“.

Please kindly understand that each test drive at the Nissan Gallery will only be limited to the driver plus one passenger only.
Drivers and passengers are required to wear a mask and we will be taking your body temperature beforehand.
Please be rest assured that all cars are thoroughly disinfected between test drives.
In addition, all of our staff must wear masks, perform frequent and thorough hand washing/disinfection, and take their body temperature before coming in to work.
We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.
* ProPILOT and ProPILOT Park experience may not be available depending
on the day's weather and road conditions.
* Your test-driving vehicle maybe in a different color to what is shown
in the pictures.
How To Book A Test Drive
Beginning 1 June, test drive bookings can be made online.

* The website is in Japanese only
Online bookings are accepted until 23:59 the previous day.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your test drive time slot. A no-show past your time slot will result in an automatic cancellation.
If you have difficulty using the Japanese website, you can make a booking on a first-come, first-served basis at the Nissan Global Headquarters Gallery Information Counter on the day of the test drive.
However, this is only possible if there are available time slots.
Please note that a driving license valid in Japan is required for test drives.

Notes about test driving
- Test driving
Each test drive is free of charge. However, you cannot specify the grade, engine displacement or body color of the car you test drive.
You will be driving on public roads for the test drive, and our staff will accompany you on th journey.
Our staff will be on the passenger seat during your test drive.
Only one accompanying passenger may sit in the rear (excluding NISSAN GT-R).
Up to one person aged 6 or above may accompany you on rear seats when test-driving NISSAN GT-R.
You are required to follow a specified route. *The test drive may be cut short depending on the day's road conditions.
You must agree to the "test driving terms and conditions" and sign a declaration form before test drive.
We will take a photocopy of your driver's license for insurance purposes at the time of booking you in for a test drive.
Our company's privacy policies apply to the handling of personal information, etc.
The test drive may be canceled without notice in case of bad weather, vehicle failure, etc. - Conditions of test driving
Test drives are available for those who meet the following conditions:
* Those who have held a driver's license for the category relevant to the model you intend to test drive for at least one year (excluding NISSAN GT-R).
* Minors require their guardian's consent (signature) at the time of booking a test drive.
* NISSAN GT-R & NISSAN SKYLINE 400R are available for test drive only for those aged 30 years or older and have held an ordinary vehicle driver's license for at least one year.
* Those who have, in their possession, a driver's license for the category relevant to the model you intend to drive on the day (e.g. a driver's license for manual transmission vehicles if you are test-driving a manual transmission vehicle).
* Those who meet the conditions set out in their driver's license
* Those who have not consumed alcohol that day
* Those who are not pregnant
* Those who are wearing appropriate footwear for driving only (no sandals or high heels)
* Those who will follow the instructions of our staff accompanying the test drive
* Those who will abide by the Road Traffic Act and strive to test-drive safely
Other conditions also apply for test-driving. Please ask our test-driving staff for details.
No pets are allowed on board during the test drive. - In case of emergency
The driver is responsible if the test-drive car becomes involved in an accident or police entanglement.
In case of an accident, Nissan Rent-a-Car insurance will be applied. Note that some exclusions and non-operation charges may apply. The driver is liable for any expenses that exceed insurance coverage.
